It’s been a long time—eight years, to be exact—since I last published a post here. When I started this blog, my goal was simple: to showcase companies making strides in sustainability and inspire individuals to make greener choices. From 2010 to 2016, this blog became a small but vibrant community of like-minded people passionate about building a sustainable future.
But then life happened. New priorities took over, and this blog fell silent. Even so, week after week, I’ve seen a steady trickle of visitors to these pages. That quiet yet consistent interest has been a humbling reminder of how important these topics remain. It’s also made me realize it’s time to pick up where I left off.
What’s Changed Since 2016?
The sustainability landscape has evolved in ways both exciting and urgent. Back then, we were just starting to see businesses embrace eco-friendly practices. Today, the conversation has shifted to circular economies, climate resilience, and global partnerships to combat environmental crises.
Consumers are more aware than ever, demanding transparency and action from brands. Yet challenges persist—greenwashing, waste management, and accessibility to sustainable products remain significant barriers.
This changing landscape is part of what inspired my return.
Introducing My Circular Business
During my hiatus, I’ve been working on something new. I created a platform called My Circular Business, designed to connect small startups operating on circular economy principles with consumers who care about making a difference. Think of it as an ecosystem where innovative products, services, and stories come together to promote a more sustainable future.
My goal is to bridge the gap between great ideas and the people who can support them. Over time, I hope to expand it into a thriving marketplace where these businesses can flourish.
